This vacuum bag is built mainly in a stand-up zipper style, with a gusseted base that keeps the pouch standing firmly for easy filling and handling. The zipper top and heat-sealed edges pull tight after vacuuming, leaving little air inside. Three-side seal and four-side seal flat bags are also available. If you pack liquids or semi-liquids, spout or valve options can be quoted separately, and the final structure is confirmed from your sample before plate making.
Typical material is PA/PE laminated film, and PET/PA/PE or PET/AL/PA/PE structures can be selected according to barrier, stiffness and puncture-resistance needs. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, with full-surface background, matte or gloss finishes available; artwork is confirmed from your files. Bag width, height, zipper position and capacity are adjustable, covering 100g to 5kg packs, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied together.
These bags suit rice, mixed grains, beans, nuts, dried fruit and similar dry foods that need portioned vacuum or moisture-proof storage, as well as pet food and dried goods. Custom orders start from a sample or drawing, then proofing and plate making. We run production in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10000-class clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs; production and delivery are scheduled as agreed, and matching roll film in the same material is available.
