This embossed vacuum pouch is used for fresh, frozen and cooked food that is packed on a vacuum machine. The textured inner face keeps the film apart while air is drawn out, so the vacuum channel stays open and the pack evacuates evenly instead of trapping pockets of air.
The film is a PA+PE laminate: the nylon outer layer gives puncture resistance so bones, shells and frozen edges do not cut through, and the inner PE layer seals and holds the vacuum through freezing, storage and thawing. Because the pouch keeps air and moisture away from the product, colour, texture and flavour hold up through cold-chain storage and cooking.
Pouches are made to your size, with thickness matched to the product and to the vacuum level your machine reaches. Printing can be added in 1–8 colours for brand and handling information.
