This product is a 10kg nuts seven-layer co-extruded vacuum pouch. Its core variant is seven-layer co-extrusion, which can be combined with food-grade composite material structures such as PA/PE, PET/NY/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE (final structure subject to customer requirements and proofing confirmation), for vacuum packaging of 10kg nuts.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; multi-layer composite thickness can be 15–25 silk. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, suitable for layout design and brand information on 10kg nut bags.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and relevant production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
MOQ is 10,000 pcs; sample/artwork proofing is available, and sizes and layouts can be customized according to customer requirements, suitable for 10kg nut vacuum packaging needs. Final material structure, thickness, printing colors, and layout are subject to proofing confirmation and order requirements.
