The 250g cheese vacuum pouch uses seven-layer co-extrusion as its core technical variant, positioned for vacuum/heat-seal packaging of 250g cheese formats. Compared with same-size, same-use cheese vacuum bags made with standard structures, the seven-layer co-extruded structure is the key differentiator for targeted packaging selection.
In terms of material and structure, this product follows a seven-layer co-extruded film route; for projects requiring a laminated structure version, common lamination materials can be selected, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Thickness can be customized within 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination), and printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 cleanroom for relevant production. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization services include sample/artwork proofing, custom sizes and layouts per customer requirements, suitable for 250g cheese vacuum packaging needs. Customers can combine the seven-layer co-extruded variant with printed layouts to create packaging that is distinct from standard cheese vacuum bags.
