Bagged rice has to survive palletising and repeated handling, so film thickness decides puncture and drop performance. This pouch uses a thickened laminate whose stiffer layers resist puncturing better, so filled bags are less likely to be cut open by sharp corners in cartons or stacks. The bag can be vacuumed to hug the rice brick, reducing insect and moisture risk, while the hand-carry cut-out is sized to 2.5kg, 5kg and 10kg fills for even load on the hand. The same pouch suits grains and flour, with 1-8 colour gravure printing and custom logos.
