Custom 4L Aluminium Foil Spout Pouch for Calf Colostrum Storage

This colostrum pouch is designed for dairy farms and milk processing lines. The bag body uses a large-capacity stand-up structure with strong four-side or three-side seals, and rounded corners help reduce damage during freezing and transport. A food-grade spout is fitted at the top and can be supplied with a screw cap, one-way valve or flip-top lid, keeping contents sealed while making pouring and sampling easy. Hanging holes and handle options are available for farm hanging, cold-chain stacking and portioned liquid feed use.

Typical structures use PET/AL/PA/PE multilayer aluminium foil laminate. The aluminium layer blocks light, oxygen and moisture, which suits chilled and frozen storage of fresh milk and colostrum, while the food-grade inner layer resists low temperatures and punctures. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving solid colours and clear detail for brand marks, instructions and volume scales. Standard capacities run from 1L to 5L, and bag size or spout diameter can be adjusted on request; matching roll film in the same material is also available.

These bags are used for freezing calf colostrum on farms, portioning milk at dairy plants, and packing liquid feed and nutritional liquids.
