750 ml colostrum nitrogen-flushed pouch is structured PET/AL/PE three-layer coextrusion, with colour print on the outside, aluminium foil middle layer OTR < 0.5 cc/m²·day, and light-blocking rate above 99%. The filling process uses nitrogen flushing to keep internal oxygen below 1%, protecting immunoglobulin activity.
Stand-up eight-side-seal design with a 22 mm screw spout, shelf life over 12 months at room temperature. Wall thickness 130 μm, food-grade sealing PE from BASF/LG. Pouch passes 2-meter drop test with breakage rate < 0.3%.
Custom capacity from 250 ml to 2L. Nitrogen flush, vacuum and filling available on a single line. Cold-chain transport negotiable. MOQ 5,000 pcs, 7 days for samples, 18 days for bulk.
