Product Overview
This pouch is designed to collect, freeze and store colostrum in the cold chain. The aseptic multilayer laminate keeps the contents sealed from filling to thawing, and the film stays flexible at freezing temperature so the pouch does not crack when it is stacked in the freezer.
The structure uses food-grade layers: an outer layer carries the printed identification, a barrier layer limits oxygen and moisture ingress, and the inner heat-seal layer closes the pouch and resists the contents during long storage. Because the pouch is flat and stackable, freezer space is used efficiently and batches can be dated and tracked on the printed panel.
