500mm heat-resistant laminated roll film designed for food packaging machines, made from food-grade multi-layer laminates with 150–250 µm thickness, supporting 1–8 color gravure printing and custom artwork.
This 500mm heat-resistant laminated roll film is developed for food packaging machine applications. It can be produced with common laminate structures such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a multi-layer laminated thickness of 150–250 µm to suit different food packaging machine film-running, heat-sealing and forming needs.
Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, and artwork or text can be customized according to customer layout files. The roll width is 500mm, and size and layout can also be customized on request. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with related production managed in a 10000-class cleanroom.
The process covers gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. For roll film, the key steps include gravure printing, lamination and slitting; downstream bag making or heat sealing can be coordinated on request. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and sample/artwork proofing is available to confirm laminate structure, layout and specifications.
The customization process can start from customer samples or artwork: confirm application, 500mm specification, laminate structure, thickness, printing colors and layout file, then arrange proofing; after sample confirmation, production follows the MOQ of 10,000 pcs. The product is suitable for food packaging machine scenarios, and the laminate structure can be selected according to the specific packaging format.
