1L roll film uses PET/PE multi-layer coextrusion, with brand LOGO printed on the outer layer in Pantone colour, aluminium foil or metallised middle layer providing oxygen and moisture barrier. Max roll diameter 600 mm, 76 mm paper core, compatible with mainstream FFS machines.
Adhesive-free lamination in compliance with GB 4806.7 food-contact standard. Heat-seal PE layer 60 μm thick, sealing temperature range 130-160 °C, compatible speed 30-60 bags/min.
Custom bag type (three-side / centre / shaped), capacity and roll width from 80 to 520 mm. Contract filling, coding and packing available. MOQ 100 kg roll, approx 10,000 bags. 5 days for samples, 12 days for bulk.
