This is a 5kg self-seal zipper pouch for Chinese herbal medicine, with a tear notch as the key variant. The zipper allows repeated opening and closing, while the tear notch makes first-time opening easier. It is suitable for packaging Chinese herbal medicine and similar products that require sealing and barrier protection. Material options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE laminated structures, with thickness of 150–250 µm.
Production takes place in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. The main process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, allowing patterns, text, and branding elements to be designed according to the artwork. During bag making, the self-seal zipper and tear notch can be processed, and heat sealing forms a stable pouch based on the selected laminated material and bag style.
For 5kg Chinese herbal medicine packaging, sizes and artwork can be customized for repackaging, storage, and transport packaging of Chinese herbal medicine. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon request.
Customization supports sample/artwork proofing, with custom sizes and artwork according to customer requirements. Customers can confirm material structure, printing artwork, bag style, and tear notch position before gravure printing, lamination, slitting, bag making, and heat sealing production.
