This product is a 2kg self-seal zipper pouch for pet food. Its key differentiator is the double zipper structure at the pouch mouth: two zipper tracks work together so the mouth keeps a reliable interlock and seal after repeated opening, closing and dispensing, making it suitable for pet food packaging such as pet staples and pet treats that are opened frequently.
For materials, commonly used laminated structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selected according to the actual moisture-barrier, barrier and stiffness requirements of the pet food. The total thickness of the multi-layer lamination is 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm), balancing pouch strength, barrier performance and heat-seal quality at the pouch mouth.
Printing and manufacturing process: 1–8 color gravure printing is used, and the production flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a Class 10,000 clean workshop. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization and cooperation: the factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces. Sample-based and artwork-based proofing are supported, and sizes and layouts can be customized to customer requirements. The 2kg specification and double zipper configuration can both be confirmed against the customer's actual packaging needs.
