This product is a 10L juice Bag-in-Box (BIB), with the key variant being an aseptic cap. The bag body is made from food-grade multilayer composite film for juice liquid packaging needs; custom sizes and layouts are available to match different BIB applications.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 150–250 µm (multilayer composite). Food-grade material certificates can be provided upon customer request; the specific structure should be confirmed based on juice packaging requirements.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, and production is completed in a 10000-class cleanroom. Origin: Dongguan, Guangdong.
