The 25L wine Bag-in-Box (BIB) consists of a multi-layer laminated film bag and an aseptic cap, designed for wine packaging. Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with 15–25丝 multi-layer thickness. Different barrier structures can be selected for wine packaging needs.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 color gravure printing supported. Production takes place in a 10000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong, using food-grade materials; material certificates can be provided on request.
This product is 25L and comes with an aseptic cap, suitable for wine Bag-in-Box packaging. It supports custom sizes and layouts, sample/drawing-based proofing, and has a MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
