This is a 2kg pet food self-seal zipper pouch with a tear notch as its key differentiator. The tear notch helps with first opening, while the zipper allows resealing after use. It is designed for 2kg pet food packaging.
Common laminated material options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Thickness is 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination). The structure can be selected according to content, shelf display, and usage requirements.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing and can follow customer artwork. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The bag type is a self-seal zipper pouch with a tear notch, combining sealing and easy opening.
Production is carried out in a Class 10000 cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces.
Dongguan Kangdi Packaging offers sampling from customer samples or artwork and customizes sizes and artwork as required. Customers can provide 2kg pet food packaging requirements, bag structure, material direction, and print files for sampling and production evaluation.
