This product is a 25L dairy Bag-in-Box (BIB) with spout valve as its key variant, suitable for dairy packaging and convenient filling and dispensing. The bag body uses multi-layer laminated film, with optional structures including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination).
Printing is 1–8 color gravure printing, with custom artwork and dimensions available based on samples or drawings. Production is carried out in a Class 10000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong, following the process of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with the spout valve configured during bag making and heat sealing.
Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. MOQ is 10,000 pcs. It is suitable for dairy packaging customers requiring customization of bag structure, valve configuration, size, and printed layout.
Customization process: customer provides samples or drawings, then confirms material structure, thickness, size, printing colors, and valve configuration; after proofing confirmation, gravure printing, lamination, slitting, bag making, and heat sealing are performed. The 25L size with spout valve distinguishes it from same-capacity BIB products without a valve.
