500g grain self-seal zipper pouches with tear notch are designed for grain packaging. The self-seal zipper supports repeated opening and closing, while the tear notch makes first opening easier, suitable for 500g grain packaging needs.
Common laminated material options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Thickness is 150–250 µm (multilayer lamination), and the structure can be selected according to grain packaging requirements. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Products are produced in a Class 10000 cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong, and the bag-making step includes self-seal zipper and tear notch processing.
MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production origin in Dongguan, Guangdong. Sample/image-based proofing is supported, and custom sizes and layouts can be made according to customer requirements to meet differentiated 500g grain packaging needs.
