This product is a 25L Bag-in-Box (BIB) for egg liquid with a button valve. The bag body is made of food-grade multilayer laminated film, 150–250 µm thickness, with material options such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE.
Printing is available in 1–8 color gravure printing, and custom sizes and layouts are supported. Production is carried out in a Class 10000 cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong, with the process: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing.
The Bag-in-Box structure is equipped with a button valve for dispensing egg liquid at the point of use; the valve and bag combination can be confirmed according to customer samples or drawings. Food-grade materials can be supplied with material certificates upon customer request.
The MOQ is 10,000 pieces. The factory offers sample/drawing proofing and can customize sizes and layouts according to customer requirements, suitable for 25L Bag-in-Box packaging for egg liquid.
