The 5L capacity and handle structure make it distinct from same-capacity, same-use pouches without a handle, supporting convenient carrying and pouring. The pouch can be made with common multilayer composite materials such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm.
Printing and converting: the pouch supports 1–8 color gravure printing for brand artwork and product information. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. It is produced in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization and ordering: sample/drawing proofing is available, and dimensions and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
