3L dish soap liquid soap pouch with pump head is designed for large-capacity liquid soap, dish soap and related products. Based on the 3L specification and dish soap application, the pump head configuration makes dispensing and refilling more convenient, helping distinguish it from standard pouch formats in customized packaging projects.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm (multi-layer composite). The structure can be selected according to the contents, packaging format and usage scenario. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing is done by 1–8 color gravure printing, with artwork customization supported. The production process is: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The production base is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10000-class cleanroom, and the MOQ is 10,000 pieces.
Sampling based on customer samples/drawings is available, and sizes and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements.
