The 1L liquid soap pouch with handle is designed for dish soap and similar liquid soap products. Compared with 1L no-handle pouches for the same use, it adds a handle configuration for easier carrying, handling, and use.
The pouch body uses multi-layer laminated film. Common material options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination). The laminate can be selected according to the contents and packaging requirements. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, suitable for brand layouts and product information. Production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. Custom sizes and artwork layouts are available, with sample/artwork-based proofing support.
This 1L handled liquid soap pouch is suitable for dish soap and other liquid soap products, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces. Customers can provide samples or artwork, and the factory customizes pouch dimensions, printed layouts, and lamination material options according to requirements, supporting packaging customization from proofing to production.
