5L Coffee Liquid Bag-in-Box with Aseptic Cap is a BIB liquid packaging option for coffee liquid. The bag body uses food-grade laminates, with common material options including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 150–250 µm multilayer lamination. The aseptic cap is the core configuration that distinguishes this product from standard same-size, same-use bag-in-box products.
Production is carried out in a Class 10000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong, following the process of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, allowing patterns, text and marks to be printed per customer artwork. The material is food-grade material, and a material certificate can be provided upon customer request.
The standard specification is 5L, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. The factory offers sample/drawing proofing and can customize size and artwork according to customer requirements; bag dimensions, printed artwork and aseptic cap configuration can be confirmed for 5L coffee liquid BIB packaging needs.
