This valve bag is built for liquid packaging. The bag body uses a double-layer laminated structure with clean, strong seals on all four sides, and the outlet is a threaded valve that can be fitted with a drain tube. Liquid pours smoothly and the valve can be closed at any time, which reduces dripping, residue and contamination. The bag can be made in stand-up or pillow form depending on how it will be used, and valve position, tube diameter and bag dimensions are all adjustable.
The bag is laminated from films such as PE, PET, PA and aluminium foil, with the inner layer selected to match the corrosiveness and barrier needs of the liquid, balancing chemical resistance with puncture strength. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear image layers and stable registration for brand logos and product information. Standard capacities run from 1L to 20L. Film thickness, valve type, drain tube length and bag shape can all be sampled and confirmed from your sample or artwork, and matching roll film can be supplied as well.
These bags are widely used for diesel exhaust fluid (urea), liquid fertilisers, foliar feeds, cleaning agents and some chemical liquids, and they hold up through transport, storage, field and workshop use. The custom process runs from requirement discussion and sample or artwork confirmation to sampling, sign-off and volume production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and in-house 1-8 colour gravure printing. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and matching roll film is available.
