These resealable zipper pouches are built for food-grade sealed packaging, mainly in three-side-seal flat and stand-up styles. A zipper runs along the top for repeated opening and closing, paired with a tear notch or easy-tear line for quick access. Seals are flat and strong, and side or bottom seals can be widened to reduce leakage and damage. For coffee beans and similar products, an optional one-way degassing valve can be added to release carbon dioxide while limiting outside air.
Materials are chosen to match the contents. Typical structures include PET/PE and PET/AL/PE laminates, balancing stiffness, barrier performance and heat sealing, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, reproducing artwork, colour codes, spot colours and matt or glossy finishes. Sizes are flexible: volumes from about 100g to 5kg, with bag width, length, zipper position, tear notch and valve diameter adjusted to your product.
Typical applications include coffee beans, tea, nuts, pet treats, grains and household supermarket goods, as well as daily items for repacking and display. For customisation, send samples or artwork and we confirm the structure and print layout, then produce after proofing approval. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 clean workshop and handles film blowing, printing and bag making in house, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and delivery against confirmed schedules.
