This roll film is made for automatic packaging of liquid and semi-liquid foods. Supplied on reels, it runs through the forming collar of a form-fill-seal machine to create three-side-seal, back-seal or four-side-seal pouches. The pure aluminum core layer delivers strong oxygen, light and aroma barrier, which suits fillings such as bone broth and seasoning sauce. Seals are flat and the heat-sealing window is wide, so the film feeds steadily. Nozzle or valve areas can be reserved to match your equipment, and matching spouted pouches or bag-in-box films are available.
The laminate is built around pure aluminum foil combined with food-grade films, typically PET/AL/PE or NY/AL/PE, and the layer combination can be adjusted to suit the filling and the sterilization method. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving saturated colour and stable detail for both large solid areas and fine artwork. Thickness, web width and roll diameter are confirmed against your machine model, and roll length, splice count and unwind direction are planned for your production line.
Typical users are instant soup, hot pot base, seasoning sauce, sauce sachet and prepared-meal broth producers, and the film also appears in small liquid packs for pet food. Customization is simple: send a sample pouch or artwork, we confirm the structure and print file, then make a proof before bulk production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and in-house printing, lamination and slitting.
