This valve bag is built on a stand-up pouch design with a folded bottom gusset, so it stands firmly on the shelf and displays neatly. The top seal is flat and strong, and it can be fitted with a spout or valve assembly. The screw cap ensures a tight seal, giving controlled pouring without dripping. Spout styles can be matched to your filling equipment and end use, and custom or shaped spouts are available on request with tooling made to your drawing.
The pouch is typically made from aluminium foil laminates such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/AL/PE, combining high barrier performance with flexibility. These structures block light, oxygen and moisture, which suits liquids that need a longer shelf life. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing for sharp detail and rich colour, either full coverage or with reserved white areas. Capacities run from 100ml to 5L, with bag size, spout diameter and valve position adjusted to your needs. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
Typical applications include juice, wine, beverages, sauces, dressings and liquid daily chemicals, and the bags run well on filling machines and premade pouch lines. For customisation, send us your sample or artwork, we confirm structure and print layout, then produce a proof for approval before mass production. Our plant is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10,000 clean workshop and in-house printing and bag-making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with delivery scheduled as agreed.
