This valve bag is designed for large-volume liquid and semi-liquid packaging. The pouch is built in stand-up or pillow form with strong three- or four-side seals and a die-cut handle so it can be carried with one hand. At the dispensing end, an extra-wide valve with a screw cap allows smooth, drip-resistant pouring; spouts and tap-style valves can be fitted instead. It stays sealed after repeated opening and closing, making 5 kg filling and retail dispensing practical.
Pouches are typically laminated as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or PET/NY/PE, with a food-grade PE inner sealing layer; film combinations can be adjusted to suit acidity, filling temperature and shelf-life targets. Surfaces take 1-8 colour gravure printing with clear detail and stable registration, in matte, gloss or tactile finishes. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and bag dimensions, valve diameter and handle style can all be re-engineered around the product weight.
Typical uses include juice and beverage concentrates, bubble tea ingredients, ice-making liquid, soy and vinegar sauces, and detergents — serving both bulk factory transport and in-store or household dispensing. Customization is straightforward: send a sample or artwork, we confirm structure, material and printing, then produce a proof for approval before mass production. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 cleanroom and gravure lines, with MOQ 10,000 pcs, matching roll film available, and delivery on agreed milestones.
