This valve pouch is built for sensor pump dispensers and press-pump devices. The bag normally uses a stand-up bottom-gusset construction, so it stays upright and sits steadily inside the dispenser chamber. Sealing is done on three or four sides for clean, strong edges, while the top is fitted with a dispensing valve or spout assembly that works with the sensor to release liquid smoothly without dripping or leaking. Bag shape, valve position and connector size can all be adjusted to match the inner cavity of your dispenser.
The pouch body is typically laminated with structures such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE, and the barrier layer can be selected according to the fill product for light protection, alcohol resistance and leak prevention. Surfaces are printed by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which keeps artwork detail and colour reproduction consistent across the run. Standard volumes range from about 100ml to 5L; this model suits 400ml and 600ml fills. Bag format, valve type and liquid outlet can be customised, and matching roll film in the same material is available.
