This valve bag is designed for liquid products such as hand sanitizer, liquid soap and disinfectants. The pouch body can be made in stand-up or handle styles with clean, firm three-side or four-side seals, and the top is fitted with a sensor pump or press pump for smooth dispensing and clean suck-back without leakage. The welding position of the valve can be adjusted to match different bottle-neck sizes, so it works with both manual press and automatic sensor dispensing.
Pouch structures commonly use PET/PE, PA/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminates, with an inner heat-seal layer suited to liquid filling that resists folding and squeezing. Barrier levels can be selected according to the contents. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving full colour and stable registration, and we support customisation from samples or artwork. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, and bag size, spout diameter and pump style can all be adjusted; matching roll film in the same material is also available.
These bags suit liquid refill and portion packaging across daily chemicals, hotel amenities, medical care, food service and industrial cleaning. The custom process is straightforward: confirm bag style and pump specification, send your artwork or sample, approve the proof, then move to mass production. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, and film blowing, printing, lamination and bag making are all handled in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production and shipment scheduled as agreed.
