This valve bag pairs a press pump head with a self-standing pouch body, so it holds its shape on the shelf and stays easy to use again and again. The body is built with three-side or four-side sealed edges, heat-pressed for a flat, firm joint, and the valve opening is matched to the pump spec so liquid flows out smoothly and seals back tightly. That reduces leakage and oxidation, which makes the format a common choice for liquid soap, sanitiser and hand gel.
We build the pouch from PET/PE, PA/PE or PET/AL/PE laminated film, and the barrier layer and thickness can be adjusted to suit the fill. The outer layer takes 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clean artwork, consistent colour and fine detail in small type and gradients. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and bag style, pump head and spout can be combined to order. Matching roll film in the same material is available for continuous filling lines.
These bags are widely used in personal care, hygiene and disinfection products such as hand wash, alcohol sanitiser, hand gel, shampoo and lotion. For custom work you can send us a sample or your artwork, and we confirm material, structure and printing against your product and filling method. The factory sits in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, and MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Once the sample is approved, production and delivery are scheduled to the agreed milestones.
