This self-seal zipper pouch is built for dried fruit and nut packaging, whether for retail shelves or bulk repacking. Three-side seal flat pouches and stand-up pouches are the most common formats, with a press-to-close zipper set inside the top so customers can open and reseal the bag many times. Seals are flat and firm, and an optional gusseted base improves standing stability. Easy-tear notches, carry holes, rounded corners and degassing valves can be added on request.
Bags are usually made from food-grade laminates such as PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or kraft-paper composites, and the barrier layer and film thickness can be adjusted to suit the contents. Inner layers are selected for reliable heat sealing. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear image detail and consistent colour across runs, with matt or gloss finishes and full-surface backgrounds available. Common fill weights run from 100g to 2kg, while bag width, length, zipper position and bottom gusset are confirmed against your requirement.
These pouches suit dates, walnuts, pistachios, raisins and other dried fruit and nuts, as well as tea, candy, pet treats and small household goods. The custom process is straightforward: send us a sample or artwork, we confirm size and material structure, produce a sample for approval, then move to bulk production. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 clean workshop and handles film blowing, printing, lamination and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and matching roll film can be supplied alongside the order.
