This resealable zipper pouch is designed for repeated opening and closing in food and daily-goods packaging. It is a stand-up bag with a gusseted base, so it stands firmly on the shelf after filling. The top uses a double-track zipper that closes with a light press of two fingers, and a tear notch makes the first opening easy. This style opens through the zipper rather than a spout; for coffee beans an optional one-way degassing valve can be fitted. Seal edges are flat and strong, with the zipper heat-sealed into the bag body so it resists splitting.
The bag body is usually made from food-grade laminated film such as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or PET/PE, chosen to match the contents and the storage requirement while balancing barrier, light blocking and stiffness. Surfaces support 1-8 colour gravure printing, so fine detail, solid areas and small text all reproduce cleanly; matt and gloss finishes are both possible. Standard capacities run from 100g to 5kg, and bag size, zipper type and film thickness are confirmed from your drawing or sample.
