This reusable zipper pouch is built for flexible packaging that stays closed between uses. The main formats are three-side-seal and stand-up pouches with a resealable zipper across the top, so contents can be opened and closed again and again. Heat-sealed edges are even and clean, and the base can be flat or gusseted to help the pouch stand on shelf. Tear notches, hang holes, rounded corners and carry handles can be added to suit retail display and everyday storage.
Materials are chosen to match the product inside, from PET/PE and PET/VMPET/PE to PET/AL/PE laminates that balance stiffness, barrier and feel, with a common thickness of about 60–180μm. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure printing, available with gloss, matte or spot varnish finishes for consistent registration and colour. Sizes range from 50g single-serve packs to 5kg bulk bags, with pouch widths of 80–400mm and adjustable length and bottom gusset. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for automatic packing lines.
Typical applications include dried fruit and roasted nuts, candy and snacks, pet food, tea and coffee beans, grains, hardware fittings and household items. Ordering is straightforward: send us a sample or artwork, confirm pouch style, size, material and print colours, then approve the proof before bulk production. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 clean workshop and handles printing, lamination and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with matching roll film available.
