This reclosable ziplock bag is designed for repeated use. A built-in zipper runs across the top, so the pack can be opened and sealed again to keep contents away from moisture. Bags are normally made in three-side-seal or stand-up styles, with clean, strong heat-sealed edges. The zipper is bonded to the film in one process and can be paired with a tear notch for easy opening. Optional degassing valves, handles or clear windows are available for different filling and display needs.
The bag body is usually built from PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminates, and the film combination can be chosen according to barrier, light-blocking or low-temperature requirements. Surfaces support 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving fine detail and consistent colour, with matte, gloss or spot varnish finishes available. Bag width, length, volume and zipper position can all be adjusted to your sample, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for automatic packing lines.
