These self-sealing zipper bags are built around a reclosable top opening, with the pouch body formed by three-side-seal or back-seal construction for clean, strong edges. The closure can be a standard press-to-close zipper or a slider zipper when requested, making the bag easy to open and refill again and again. This style is designed for dry goods storage and has no spout or valve. The white translucent film lets users see the contents while still offering a degree of privacy, and flat, stand-up, hang-hole and carry-handle styles are available.
The bags are typically made from PE, PET laminated film, CPE or PP, with thickness and stiffness chosen to match the product inside. Common gauge ranges from about 0.05mm to 0.15mm, and sizes and capacities can be adjusted on request. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing for vivid, well-defined brand graphics, text and barcodes, or can stay plain white translucent. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for automatic packing lines.
Typical applications include household products, clothing and textiles, and outdoor gear that need organised storage or secondary packaging, as well as e-commerce shipping, retail display and promotional packing. Customisation is straightforward: send a sample or artwork, confirm size, material, zipper style and print file, then move to sampling and mass production. We manufacture in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 clean workshop, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs, and printing and bag-making are handled in-house.
