This stand-up zipper pouch is built with a gusseted base, so it stands upright on the shelf once filled. A resealable zipper runs across the top, while a mushroom-head spout with a screw cap sits on the front or shoulder for direct sipping. The sealed edges are heat-pressed for extra strength, keeping the pouch from splitting during handling. It is a practical pack for children to drink from on the go, and the zipper lets families open and close it as often as they like.
The body is laminated from films such as PET, NY, AL and PE, and we choose clear, metallised or foil structures to match the barrier and stiffness your product needs. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving fine detail and stable registration, with matt, gloss or tactile finishes available. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and pouch width, height, spout size and zipper position can all be adjusted to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for automatic filling lines.
