This stand-up zipper pouch is built for repeated opening and closing, using a three-side seal construction with a folded bottom gusset so the empty bag stands upright on the shelf. A press-to-close zipper runs across the top, and the seal area can be finished with a tear notch, hang hole or rounded corners as needed. The zipper is the primary closure for this style; for liquid or semi-liquid filling, matching spouted pouches and bag-in-box formats with the same print design are also available.
Bags are typically laminated from PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with PA and RCPP layers available to balance barrier, puncture resistance and stiffness. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, covering solid spot colours, gradients and matt or gloss finishes, with consistent colour across production runs. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and width, height and bottom gusset are made to order. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for automatic packing lines.
Typical applications include nuts and roasted snacks, pet treats, tea and coffee, candy and bakery items, personal care and household chemicals, and hardware or electronic accessories. The custom process is straightforward: share a sample or artwork, confirm material and dimensions, approve a sample or printing plate, then move to bulk production and shipment. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10,000-class clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with roll film supplied alongside.
