This resealable zipper pouch is built mainly as a stand-up bag, so it stands steady on the shelf and packs neatly into cartons. The body uses three-side or gusseted seals, and the top holds a single or double-track zipper that opens and closes smoothly for repeated use. A tear notch or easy-tear line can be added for the first opening. The standard structure has no spout or valve, which suits dry contents; for sauces or liquids we would suggest our spouted pouch or bag-in-box range instead.
Pouch bodies are usually food-grade laminated film — PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, chosen to match the filling and shelf-life needs — with the inner layer acting as the heat-seal layer against the product. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, so artwork, colours, clear areas and plate positions can follow your sample or drawing; digital 3D proofs are available for confirmation. Sizes range from roughly 100g packs up to 5kg, with width, length, bottom gusset and zipper position open to discussion. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside.
