This self-seal zipper bag is designed for portion packing of candy, nuts and other small solid snacks. The pouch is formed with three-side sealing, and a folded bottom lets it stand upright on the shelf. A single or double-track zipper at the top allows repeated opening and closing, while tear notches, hang holes or degassing valves can be added on request. No spout is fitted, making it a good fit for dry, low-oil products.
PET/PE and PET/AL/PE laminates are the usual choices, with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer that balances barrier performance and seal strength; film thickness and structure can be adjusted to suit the contents. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for fine detail and stable colour registration, with matt, gloss or full-coverage finishes available. Sizes range from 50g to 2kg, and bag width, length, zipper position and corner shape can all follow your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
Typical applications include candy, nuts, dried fruit, puffed snacks, pet treats and small household accessories. The custom process is straightforward: send us a sample or artwork, confirm structure and material, approve a proof, then move to bulk production. Our factory sits in Dongguan, Guangdong, and runs a Class 10000 clean workshop covering film blowing, lamination, printing and bag making under one roof. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and matching roll film can be delivered in the same batch to keep colour consistent.
