This resealable zipper pouch is designed as a mid-to-large format flexible packaging option for granular foods. The main formats are three-side seal flat pouches and stand-up pouches, with seal width adjusted according to fill weight. A reusable zipper at the top allows repeated opening and closing, keeping contents protected between uses. The pouch body stays flat and stable for neat stacking, and spouts or one-way degassing valves can be added depending on the packaging format to balance shelf appeal and everyday convenience.
The pouch body is laminated from films such as PET, BOPP, AL, NY and PE, usually in two- or three-layer structures that balance barrier performance, stiffness and heat-seal strength, and the build can be adjusted to suit the contents. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, with support for customisation from your samples or artwork, delivering consistent colour and accurate registration. Standard capacities range from 100 g to 5 kg; bag width, bag length, zipper position, seal style and film thickness are all made to order, and matching roll film in the same material is available.
