This matte stand-up zipper pouch is a self-standing flexible pack built with a gusseted bottom, so it stays upright on the shelf even when partly filled. A press-to-close zipper runs across the top, letting users re-seal the bag after each opening to keep contents dry. Side seams are heat sealed for a clean, flat finish, and tear notches, hang holes or carry holes can be added as needed. For liquid or paste filling, the same bag style can be converted into a spouted or valved version.
The pouch is usually made from multilayer laminates such as PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE, chosen according to the product and its shelf-life needs. The matte surface comes from a treated outer film, giving a soft touch that resists fingerprints. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which holds fine detail and consistent colour across the run. Standard volumes cover 100g to 5kg, and bag size, zipper position and tear notch can all follow your artwork. Matching roll film is also available for automatic packing lines.
