This self-sealing zipper pouch is designed for small-format retail packaging of household washing products. The main formats are stand-up pouches and three-side-seal flat pouches, with an optional bottom gusset for greater shelf stability. A single-track or double-track zipper sits across the top, working together with a tear notch and hang hole for easy display and repeated use. No spout or valve is fitted; the zipper itself is the primary dispensing and reclosing method, and a clear window can be added on request.
Materials can be selected according to the filling: PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE laminates, balancing barrier performance, stiffness and puncture resistance for 60g to 5kg of powders, granules and detergent pods. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clean detail and consistent colour, with matt, gloss and tactile finishes available. Bag size, zipper position, tear notch and hang hole can all be customised from your sample or artwork, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
Typical applications include laundry detergent pods, anti-mite antibacterial washing powder, pet cleaning powder and daily chemical samples. The custom process usually runs from requirement discussion and sample confirmation to plate making, printing, lamination, slitting, bag making, inspection and shipment. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean room and in-house gravure printing, lamination and bag-making lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and both sample-based and artwork-based customisation are supported.
