This stand-up zipper pouch is designed as portable packaging for kids' drinks and fruit or vegetable puree. The irregular stand-up body is built with a folded bottom gusset so the pouch stays upright, and the outline can follow a brand's cartoon character. The top features a top-seal opening with a double zipper for smooth, repeatable closure, paired with a mushroom-cap spout that allows direct sipping. Heat-sealed edges sit flat, and the spout is welded firmly to the pouch body.
Pouches are made from food-grade laminated film, typically PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/PE, selected according to the filling and barrier requirements. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, supporting full-surface backgrounds, gradients and cartoon artwork with accurate registration. Standard volumes run from about 100ml to 1L, while pouch width, height, spout diameter and zipper type can all be adjusted to your drawing; irregular outlines can be plated separately.
Typical applications include kids' fruit and vegetable puree, juice, yogurt, jelly drinks, dairy beverages and sauces. The custom process is straightforward: confirm pouch style and volume, send a sample or artwork, approve the proof, then move to mass production. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a 10000-class clean workshop, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Printing and lamination are controlled in-house, orders ship on schedule, and matching roll film is available.
