This matte stand-up zipper pouch is designed for nuts, dried fruit, lemon slices and similar snacks. A bottom gusset keeps the pack standing upright on shelf, while the wide press-to-close zipper at the top can be opened and resealed again and again to keep contents crisp. Side and bottom seals are flat and firm for a clean finish. For sauces, liquids or pastes, a spouted or valve stand-up pouch version is also available.
The pouch is typically made from food-grade laminated film such as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or matte BOPP/PE. The matte surface comes from the outer film, giving a soft touch and a premium look on shelf. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which handles gradients, spot colours and full-coverage backgrounds with stable registration. Sizes range from 100g up to 2kg, and bag width, height, bottom gusset and zipper position can all be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material is available.
Typical applications include roasted nuts, dried and candied fruit, tea and coffee, pet treats and small household items. The custom process starts with your sample or artwork to confirm bag style, size and material, followed by a proof, then gravure printing, lamination and bag making. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, so printing, lamination and pouch converting are completed in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production and delivery scheduled to your order plan.
