This stand-up foil pouch with spout is designed for liquid and paste products. The bottom gusset lets the pack stand upright on shelf, while a press-to-close zipper at the top keeps contents accessible after opening. A spout with tamper-evident cap can be placed on the top or corner for easy pouring and filling, and it limits contact between the product and air. Sealing width, zipper position and spout size can all be matched to your existing sample.
Structures are selected to suit the formula: PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/NY/PE laminates are common, with the foil layer blocking light and the inner sealing layer securing strong seals. Surface printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving fine detail and consistent colour, with matt, gloss or spot varnish options available. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, and pouch size, zipper type and spout diameter are all made to order. Matching roll film in the same structure can be supplied.
Typical applications include hair dye, perm lotion, hair serum, laundry liquid, refill packs and some sauces, especially where light protection, oxidation resistance and repeated dispensing matter. The usual process is sample or artwork review, structure and material confirmation, proofing, then mass production. Our factory sits in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop covering lamination, printing and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with delivery scheduled as agreed.
