Custom Stand-Up Spouted Pouches for Chili Sauce and Tomato Juice

This stand-up spouted pouch is shaped with a folded bottom gusset, so the bag stands firmly and presents neatly on shelf. The body is sealed with flat or gusseted side seals, and the seal width can be adjusted to suit the fill weight. The top can be fitted with a straight or angled spout, a screw cap or flip-top drinking spout, and an optional one-way valve for degassing. Spout position, spout diameter and bag outline can all be tooled to your sample or artwork, matching chili sauce, tomato juice and similar liquids.

Pouches are typically laminated from PET/NY/PE or PET/AL/PE, with the inner sealing film selected according to acidity, oil content and the sterilization method used, balancing barrier, puncture resistance and heat tolerance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, with matt, gloss and spot varnish finishes available, keeping image detail and colour consistent. Common volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and bag width, height, spout diameter and seal dimensions are all made to order. Matching roll film in the same structure can also be supplied.
