Product Overview
This large-capacity spout pouch is built for single-trip filling from 1 L to 5 L. A reinforced bottom gusset lets the filled pouch stand upright on a shelf, in a commercial kitchen or on the ground outdoors, so juice, drinks and liquid seasoning can be displayed and dispensed without a separate holder.
The 33 mm high-flow spout pours cleanly and is supplied with a dust cap or tamper-evident cap, so the liquid does not cling or drip when it is poured repeatedly. The body is a three-layer PET+VMPET+PE laminate: the metallised middle layer blocks light and oxygen and helps extend shelf life, while the seal width is set to your filling equipment so the pouch runs on automatic filling lines.
Customisation covers capacity, spout size (29 / 32 / 38 mm), spout position (top or side), print design in 1–8 colours and an optional one-piece top handle that stays comfortable to carry at 5 L full. Made by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a minimum order of 10,000 pieces.
