This large-bore spout pouch is built on a stand-up design with a gusseted base and reinforced four-side seals, so the bag stands firmly on the shelf and keeps its shape through repeated use. A wide-mouth spout sits at the top and can be fitted with a screw cap or press-fit valve for smooth pouring and dependable sealing, while the larger opening speeds up filling. An optional plastic handle on the side makes 5L sizes easier to carry, and the pouch folds flat for transport and storage.

Pouches are typically made from food-grade laminated film such as PET/PE, PA/PE or PET/AL/PE, chosen according to the filling and shelf-life requirements to balance barrier performance, puncture resistance and flexibility. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving full image depth, stable registration and a choice of clear, matte or glossy finishes. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and spout diameter, handle style and bag dimensions can all be adjusted to your artwork. Matching roll film is available in the same material.

These pouches suit drinking water, juice, tea drinks, sauces, household liquids and chemical products, covering both retail packaging and transport use.
