It comes in stand-up or flat-bottom styles with clean, strong four-side seals and a folded base that keeps the bag upright on the shelf. A screw cap, flip-top spout or leak-resistant valve can be fitted on top, so liquid pours smoothly and can be controlled with one hand. The spout is heat-sealed to the pouch body for a stable joint, and the closure keeps resealing well after repeated opening.
The pouch body is typically laminated from PET, NY, AL and PE films, and the structure and thickness can be adjusted to the contents for better resistance to acidic and alkaline liquids. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear image layers and consistent colour, with full-bleed backgrounds, spot colours and local matte finishes available. Standard volumes range from 100ml to 5L; spout diameter, pouch size and seal width can all be tailored to your filling line and shelf requirements.
