Custom Corrosion-Resistant Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Hair Dye & Perm Creams

This stand-up spout pouch is built for hair-care liquids and pastes that need to sit neatly on a shelf or counter. The body is formed with four-side-seal or pillow-seal edges, while a folded bottom keeps the pouch standing steadily even when partly filled. A screw-type spout sits at the top and can be fitted with a tamper-evident or flip cap, giving smooth, one-hand dispensing. The spout is heat-welded to the body with reinforced seals to reduce leakage and allow repeated opening and closing.

The pouch can be laminated from PET, NY, AL and PE layers, with the barrier and sealing layers selected according to the formula inside, so it handles the mildly aggressive creams and liquids found in hair dye and perm products. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, delivering solid colour, stable registration and options such as matt, gloss or spot effects. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 2L, and pouch size, spout diameter and tube position can all be adjusted to your drawing. Matching roll film is available.

These pouches suit hair dye, perm solutions, hair wax, hair oils and similar salon products, and also work for shampoos, conditioners and household liquids.
